Race registration
Please note that bibs went off very quickly during registration in 2024 (7 min for some races) !
Discussions with local authorities are underway.
Following these discussions, we will be able to definitively validate the routes, distances, race formats and feed zones.
Dates to remember :
- Friday, October 11 at 11 a.m : opening of registrations* tOur du Lac (100km solo, 100km in 2 days and relays)
- Monday 11th of november : opening of registrations* usually SOLD OUT within minutes
- 11h00 for Shokz-Race 60k
- 12h00 for Demi tOur 42k
- 13h00 for Quart de tOur 17k
- 11 december at 11am : registrations opens for MaXi’O and Semi’O
Specific case
- From Friday, September 20 to Tuesday, October 8, 10pm : No transfer or resale will be possible on these “Group, Trail partner” race numbers.
- Registration* opens for :
- Groups (20 people or more).
- ATTENTION: groups are only possible if the organization (association, club, company) requests them. Groups of friends are therefore not possible.
Priority registration* for participants in the Plaintel and Martigues-Carro partner trails :- be registered for one of these 2 trails before September 21, 2024
- an e-mail with a link and registration information will be sent to you from September 20 onwards.

Cancellation insurance

- When you register, you also have the option of taking out cancellation insurance, which is an 100% external service provided by our organization. You can only take out this insurance at the time of your initial registration.

- No management of cancellation insurance will be made by mail after your registration.
- Please note that if you make a refund request, your registration will be automatically cancelled and the insurer will handle your compensation.
- Once the request has been made, the organizer has no way of knowing the status of your file and therefore of your reimbursement.
Normal registration procedure
- Read our rules
- Please bring your credit card (no cheques) and your telephone number.
- Go to the registration site
- Click on the race of your choice
- If the race is greyed out, it means that registration is full or that registration for the race is not yet open.
- Fill in the required information
- At the time of payment, the bank (Crédit Mutuel) is likely to carry out a double authentication by sending you a code on verification which will send a code on the telephone which is connected with your CB.
- When you register, you will be offered cancellation insurance (see dedicated paragraph). If you decide not to take out this insurance, no refund or postponement will be made by the organization. Please note that you can only take out this insurance when you first register.
- No registration will be accepted without payment. If you do not pay, your place will not be reserved.
ATTENTION : for non-FFA-licensed runners, from March 1 to May 18, you must provide the Parcours Prévention Santé certificate : https://pps.athle.fr/
CHANGE RACE AND DOSSARD TRANSFER after registration

- These services are free up to and including February 28.
- From March 1, 2025 and up to and including April 21, you will be charged an additional fee of €5 (administrative costs, bank charges).
- From April 22 onwards, no number transfers will be possible.
