Refreshment points

refreshment point
- You need to be self-sufficient between refreshment zones and water points. Everyone has different needs, so remember to anticipate and fill your water bottles according to your needs.
- If you wish to be assisted during the race, in particular to have someone bring you your own refreshments, this is only possible in specifically marked zones located near authorized refreshment points on the course (see list on your race sheet). Outside these zones, it is forbidden to be assisted and refuelled.
- Refreshments are provided in marquees and are accessible only to runners, not to those accompanying them.
- Each feed station corresponds to a time barrier located at the exit of the tent. Please note that once you have left this area, you will not be able to go back for refreshments.
- Outside these zones, refuelling is forbidden
