Feed stations for the 2026 edition
Please note that the 2025 list is provided for information only. The 2026 list will be updated in the weeks leading up to the event.
- You need to be self-sufficient between refreshment zones and water points. Everyone has different needs, so remember to anticipate and fill your water bottles as required.
- If you wish to be assisted during the Race, and in particular to have someone bring you your own refreshments, this is only possible in specifically marked areas located close to the authorized refreshment points on the course (see list on your Race form). Outside these zones, it is forbidden to be assisted and supplied (Reminder: on the tOur du lac, the A feed/refreshment zone is forbidden to all supporters).
- Refreshments are provided under marquees, and are accessible only to runners and not to accompanying persons.
- The time barrier is located at the exit of the refreshment tent. Please note that once you've left this area, you won't be able to go back for refreshments.
