The MaXi-Village exhibitors area is FULLY BOOKED for 2026.
Main information
- The I-run MaXi-Village is located around the finish area in Annecy, in the Marquisats parking lot (Annecy).
- A 1,000m2 space where professionals, international race organizers and trail enthusiasts rub shoulders
- Over 40,000 passages by 2025!
- Limited to 30 exhibitors
How to exhibit
You will need to request the booking form by e-mail (exposantsmaxirace@gmail.com) at the bottom of this page, starting in October.
- The 1st to reserve (pay) will be the first to be served
- Stands will be supplied with a 3×3 tent already erected
- You can reserve from 1 to 3 modules of 3×3
- A power point is located no more than 10 metres from your stand.
- Tables and chairs are available on request. To be requested when booking
- Aperitifs, coffees and drinks sales: MaXi-Event's is the only one able to sell or offer coffees or drinks. For all requests for runners' aperitifs or others, please contact us for a quote.

i-Run France is the official store partner of the adidas TERREX MaXi-Race.
The i-Run national center is the only store authorized to sell in the village, and will be offering a range of events and services for exhibiting brands.
You are therefore free to choose between these 3 options:

- Direct sales possible. Please note: if you are listed on i-Run, you will need their authorization for direct sales.
