MaXi-Village Exhibitors

Spaces are assigned in the order in which reservations are confirmed. The reservation becomes final upon receipt of payment.

• MaXi-Village has 20 modules measuring up to 3 × 3 meters.
• Each exhibitor may reserve one to three 3 × 3 m modules, for a maximum area of 9 × 3 m.
• The rate per square meter varies depending on the number of modules reserved.
• Each module includes a 3 × 3 m tent set up by the organization.
• A power outlet will be available within 10 meters of the booth. Each exhibitor must provide a suitable extension cord that is in good condition and complies with CE standards.
• Tables and chairs can be provided upon request. This request must be specified at the time of booking.

Coffee and appetizers; beverage sales

MaXi-Event’s is the only operator authorized to sell or serve coffee and beverages within MaXi-Village.

To organize a pre-race reception, a wine tasting, or any other similar event, please contact us in advance so we can provide you with a customized proposal.

Partner Exclusives

Certain product categories are reserved for our official partners:

• Dietetics and Energy Nutrition: TA Energy
• Glasses: Bliz

Any commercial or promotional activity falling under these categories must be approved in advance by the organization.

Direct sales at the booths

Exhibitors are allowed to sell their products directly from their booths, without going through a partner store.

However, no sales may be made through another store or retailer without the organization’s prior authorization.

As of now, no partner store has been designated for the 2027 edition. The partnership established during previous editions has not been renewed. If a new agreement is reached before the event, the affected exhibitors will be notified.

No store or retailer may be present, directly or indirectly, at MaXi-Village without the prior written consent of the organizers.
