Our press room

A page dedicated to the press where you can find our press releases and all the information you need if you want to come to our event.

Request for accreditation, Bib , or presentation of your media project:

Do you have a media project, or would you like media accreditation or a Bib ? :
- Read the media guidelines
- Fill out the application form
- Answer the questions. You can provide further details about your request in the "Other requests" section at the end of the form.
- We will then get back to you to determine what is feasible and what is not.
Please note that the number of accreditations is limited
Response deadline: May 10, 2027

Reception of journalists and accredited persons:

Annecy MaXi-Village, in the Marquisats parking lot (Annecy)
Check-in takes place on Friday in the press area. A briefing is required on Friday at the end of the day.
A press room will be set up from Friday morning through Sunday at noon

Press Bibs

If you would like to receive a press Bib , you must submit a request using the accreditation request form.
Please note that not all requests for Bibs are automatically approved.
Application deadline for the " Bibs ": April 1

Bibs YouTube channel reports

Bibs reports for YouTube channels are not automatically granted.
As with Bibs , you will need to fill out the accreditation form and request a Bib the dedicated section of the form.
Once you have completed the form, we will get back to you with a response telling you what can and cannot be done.

Journalists with accreditation will be offered several options:

Train or plane ticket
Transfers between hotel and airport
Housing
Transport to the start of the Race and on the course to follow the racers at the head of the Race
Shuttle: following the head of the Race (in a group, not personalized)
For greater comfort and freedom in your travels, the organization offers you the possibility of renting a vehicle through our partner Transport.
Please note that meals are not covered (some of our customers have abused the system in previous years).
