Friday, May 28
Races
- Bibs 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.: Pick up race packets (Solo Lake Tour, tOur du lac in relay, 2-Day Lake Tour, Men’s and Women’s Quarter Tour, Teen Race)
- 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Bibs withdrawal Mini-Race
- 7:15pm - 8:00pm: Mini-Race starts
The village
- 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.: village open (exhibitor area open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.)
- 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.: At the adidas TERREX booth: shoe testing, treadmill challenge, activities for kids…
Saturday, May 29
Races
- Between 1:25 a.m. and 3:20 a.m.: Start of the Around the Lake race—solo, relay, and 2-day formats
- 8:40 a.m. – 9:10 a.m.: Ado-Race start
- 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.: Pick up your race Bibs s (eXpérience Marathon, Demi-tOur du lac)
- 12:05 p.m.: First runner arrives at the lake
- 4:20 a.m. (Sunday): Last runner finishes the Tour du Lac
- 9:00 a.m. and 9:10 a.m.: Departure quart de tOur du lac
- 10:15 a.m.: First runner crosses the finish line quart de tOur du lac
- 12:50 p.m.: The last runner crosses the finish line quart de tOur du lac
The village
- 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 a.m. (Sunday): village open (exhibitor area open from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.)
- 9:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.: at the adidas TERREX booth: shoe testing, treadmill challenge, activities for kids…
On the course
- 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: activities at the Semnoz base camp
Sunday, May 30
Races
- 4:30 a.m.: The last runner in the 100-kilometer Tour du Lac crosses the finish line
- 6:00 a.m. to 6:40 a.m.: Marathon-eXpérience Start
- 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Start of the Half-Circuit of the Lake and the 2-Day Circuit of the Lake
- 9:00 a.m.: First Marathon-eXpérience runner crosses the finish line
- 1:20 p.m.: First runner finishes the Half-Tour and Two-Day Lake Tour
- 2:50 p.m.: Last Marathon-eXpérience runner arrives
- 7:30 p.m.: The last runner in the Half-Tour and 2-Day Lake Tour finishes
The village
- 4:30 a.m. – The village closes
- 8:30 a.m. – 7:45 p.m.: village open (exhibitor area open from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.)
