Ado-race
The Ado-Race philosophy
In "Ado-Race", the word "Race" is important, because it means " Race ". A Race has a performance objective: physical, chronometric and technical. We insist on this, and so the Teens must "run" all or most of the course (some of the climbs may be steep or technical)! The course is a "real" trail, so it's demanding, and you need to be used to steep, even slippery paths, depending on the weather!
Here are the FFA categories that MaXi must follow:
• U12: People born between January 1, 2015, and December 31, 2016 "Race " not timed –
• U14: People born between January 1, 2013, and December 31, 2014
• U16: People born between January 1, 2011, and December 31, 2012
• U18: People born between January 1, 2009, and December 31, 2010
