When you ask us to return an item lost during the Race, such as a T-shirt or other item, you can now pay the shipping costs directly on this page.
Physical products are shipped by us via the post office.
Please note that virtual products (those for which shipping costs do not appear when you place your order, such as bus tickets) are not shipped.
Returns and refunds are possible in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and current regulations (right of withdrawal).
